MOSBURG Legal was founded by Dr Veit Denzer in 2020. It is located in Wiesbaden, which is right in the centre of Germany and very close to Frankfurt is Main, the main financial hub of Germany, and the largest airport in Germany. MOSBURG Legal is a law boutique with a focus on high profile, senior legal advice in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and financing transactions (corporate loans, acquisition financing and mezzanine loans).

Dr Veit Denzer is also very experienced in restructuring and distressed situations. Before founding MOSBURG Legal, Dr Veit Denzer has worked for 15 years for high profile German and US law firms, inter alia, Gleiss Lutz, Skadden, Arps, Haarmann and Bryan Cave. He was a founding partner of the Bryan Cave office in Frankfurt is Main in 2012.

In aggregate, Dr Veit Denzer has so far advised on M&A transactions, public takeovers and IPOs with an aggregate deal volume of more than 20 billion Euros and on financing transactions with an aggregate financing volume of more than 1 billion Euros. Besides his legal studies, Dr Veit Denzer passed an economic degree of the University of Bayreuth for law students (Wirtschaftsjurist Univ. Bayreuth) and worked from 2015 to 2019 as Chief Financial Officer in a German manufacturing company for packaging materials (flexible packaging, siliconized papers and high barrier films). Dr Veit Denzer is fluent in German, English and Spanish, and has very advanced knowledge of the French language.
