Greenaway Scott is a progressive and niche corporate and commercial practice which was set up in 2012 by directors Nigel Greenaway and Rhian Osborne. Matthew Sutton joined as a director shortly thereafter.

We have a strong cross border profile and have recently advised clients on transactions in France, Germany, Sweden, Singapore and Australia.
